Developer of the French Tips and Tricks
My eclectic career path, while always in the domain of languages, appears highly unusual yet complementary in retrospect, as it has enabled me to stay connected with linguistic realities that I would not have discovered had I only studied in one discipline.
While writing the French tips and tricks – an adventure I jumped into with great enthusiasm – I left characteristics usually specific to each field run alongside each other before eventually merging. This is perhaps because translation, writing and language teaching can have commonalities and because these disciplines are not quite as distant from one another as they may appear.
I hope you all make great discoveries!
